Terms of Service for Fast Reminders: Quick Add

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using Fast Reminders: Quick Add (“Fast Reminders” or the “App”), a mobile application operated by Bakker Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using Fast Reminders, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fast Reminders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fast Reminders is an iOS application for quickly adding reminders to Apple Reminders. The App:

  • Interprets dates, times, repeats, lists and places in the text you type
  • Saves reminders directly to Apple Reminders on your device
  • Does not require an account or a connection to our servers

The App interprets natural language automatically. Always check the highlighted details before saving, especially for time-sensitive reminders. We are not responsible for missed or incorrectly scheduled reminders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fast Reminders. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • Your use of the App will not violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Fast Reminders Pro

Fast Reminders is free to download and use. Fast Reminders Pro is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional personalization features.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Pro is not a subscription and does not renew.
  • You can restore a previous purchase on any device signed in to the same Apple Account using “Restore Purchases” in the App.
  • If Family Sharing is enabled, Pro may be shared with members of your family group.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store’s policies.

5. Use of the App

Permitted Use

You may use Fast Reminders for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

6. Data and Privacy

Fast Reminders does not collect, store, or share personal information. Your reminders are stored by Apple Reminders, and your settings are stored on your device. For details, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAKKER TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY MISSED, DELAYED OR INCORRECT REMINDERS.

9. Intellectual Property

Fast Reminders and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bakker Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

Apple and Reminders are trademarks of Apple Inc. Fast Reminders is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

10. App Store Terms

Fast Reminders is available through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s terms, Apple’s terms will govern with respect to App Store-related matters.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
