Every app is supported by the person who built it. Email me with a question, a problem or an idea, and I’ll get back to you.

Helpful to include

  • The app: its name, and the version from the App Store or the app’s Settings.
  • Your device: the iPhone or iPad model and the iOS version.
  • What happened: what you did, what you expected, and a screenshot if you can.

Purchases and subscriptions

  1. Restore a purchaseOpen Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
  2. Cancel a subscriptionOpen the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
  3. Ask for a refundRefunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

My reminders aren’t being saved.
Fast Reminders needs full access to Reminders. Open the Settings app, go to Privacy & Security, then Reminders, and choose Full Access for Fast Reminders.
It understood something I didn’t mean.
Tap the × next to the chip above the keyboard. The words go back into the reminder’s title.
A reminder went to the wrong list.
A list you pick above the keyboard always wins. After that come words in the text, like #groceries, then your smart lists, then the last list you used if Remember Last List is on, and finally the default list in the app’s Settings.

None of the apps require an account, and the studio never sees what you create in them. Each app’s privacy policy explains exactly what it uses.
